Female Common Scoter at Ringstone last Sunday 3rd, and possible White Wagtail today

this was following a male Pied Wagtail - 
could it be a female White ?
Mankinholes today.

    Always great to see C Scoter locally,nice pic,looks good for White Wagtail,1 at Walshaw few days ago.
