Free Botanical Training Day

Pennine Prospects are running a free botanical training day on Thurs 24th May. Have a look at :

http://www.watershedlandscape.co.uk/events/current-events/free-botanical-training-day/

Kate Burnett is running the training day.

There is a free lunch, and it takes place in the Slaithwaite area of Huddersfield, so it's a chance for us Calderdale naturalists to brush up on our plant identification skills and also see a little of the countryside a short hop over the hill in Kirklees.

Cowberry Vaccinium vitis-idaea (centre- with pink and white flowers.)

  1. This looks a really good workshop but unfortunately I can't go - but I will try to make one of the other events they're running. Thanks for drawing attention to this excellent website.
