Portia has seen this Northern Eggar Moth caterpillar on the hillside near Pexwood, Todmorden and asked me to post it.

  1. We saw two at different places last Saturday 5th July on Highbrown Knoll above Pecket Well. One was excreting some bright yellow stuff from its tail end.

    Also an Emporer Moth caterpillar. (Will post pic soon.)
