Shaggy Ink Cap

Found in Shaw Park, Holywell Green.  There is a patch of at least half a dozen, this was the largest yesterday.

  1. Nice ones, Linda. Shaggy Ink Caps are said to be good to eat when young and their gills still white. I tried them once and wasn't enthralled. Perhaps it was my lack of cooking skill.
