Water Avens (Geum rivale)

I found this plant whilst battling my way through the brambles and nettles along the River Calder between Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge.

    Very nice find. I've only noticed it at Hipperholme quite a long time back.

    Hi Steve,

    It made my scramble worthwile! It was really atrocious underfoot and it's not a walk I'll be doing again in a hurry.
