Blackthorn at it's Best at Cromwell Bottom LNR

  1. It is just the time of year to record as many as possible of the locations that Blackthorn grows.
    Place-names, with alternatives, and genaral name of district (as some place names are duplicated,) plus map references would be useful.

    A 30mtr stretch at SE070283 (opposite Morrisons)

    A 50 mtr stretch, (half hawthorn) at SE083291 - behind Holdsworth House

    A few scattered bushes SE085295 (Oats Royd)
