This male has been coming to my garden on a daily basis for a few years, and it's only since I bought a new camera off Michael, I am now able to take 'reasonable' photographs of it. It is really amazing in spring/summer when he brings his partner and chick/s to feed on the suet block as well, however you never see the family 'together', and it's only the male that is an all year round, daily visitor.Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05262526310745686639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2945686662242865677.post-28909269740592828402013-02-17T19:36:38.496+00:002013-02-17T19:36:38.496+00:00Good pictures. We changed to peanuts because of the dozen pigeons which came when sunflower hearts were in the feeder.Philiphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06958943713830532172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2945686662242865677.post-6654766039947536262013-02-17T09:54:02.145+00:002013-02-17T09:54:02.145+00:00Nice pictures Alison. I pour this into a baking tray to cool. Once this has set, I cut portions into squares and and place in a suet cage. Nothing is wasted as the birds really enjoy the left overs.Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05262526310745686639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2945686662242865677.post-87295305554595417222013-02-16T21:32:49.513+00:002013-02-16T21:32:49.513+00:00Nice photo, wish i could get one in my gardenNice photo, wish i could get one in my gardenDave Brothertonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06874853698381474882noreply@blogger.com
